[Ultrastructural changes in the small intestine mucosa in patients with primary malabsorption syndromes].

Findings of the electron-microscopic examination of the jejunal mucous membrane in 16 patients with primary malabsorption of a group of 41 patients are reported. It is referred to the diagnostic and differential diagnostic value of this examination for patients with native sprue and hypogammaglobulinaemic sprue.
