Recent Findings: Recent studies have shown that tyrosine kinase inhibitors, immune checkpoint inhibitors, and ADCs effectively treat BM.

Deciphering Factors Contributing to Cost-Effective Medicine Using Machine Learning.

This study uses machine learning to identify critical factors influencing the cost-effectiveness of over-the-counter (OTC) medications. By developing a novel cost-effectiveness rating (CER) based on user ratings and prices, we analyzed data from Amazon. The findings indicate that Flexible Spending Account (FSA)/Health Savings Account (HSA) eligibility, symptom treatment range, safety warnings, special effects, active ingredients, and packaging size significantly impact cost-effectiveness across cold, allergy, digestion, and pain relief medications.

Characterization of Retinal Microvascular Abnormalities in Birdshot Chorioretinopathy Using OCT Angiography.

Objective: To characterize changes in the retinal microvasculature in eyes with birdshot chorioretinopathy (BCR) using OCT angiography (OCTA).

Design: Retrospective, observational, single center.

Subjects: Twenty-eight patients (53 eyes) with BCR and 59 age-matched controls (110 eyes).
