Increased use of therapeutic monoclonal antibodies and the relatively high manufacturing costs fuel the need for more efficient production methods. Here we introduce a novel, fast, robust, and safe isolation platform for screening and isolating antibody-producing cell lines using a nanowell chip and an innovative single-cell isolation method. An anti-Her2 antibody producing CHO cell pool was used as a model.

Introduction: FindMyApps is a tablet-based eHealth intervention, designed to improve social health in people with mild dementia or mild cognitive impairment.

Methods: FindMyApps has been subject to a randomized controlled trial (RCT), Netherlands Trial Register NL8157. Following UK Medical Research Council guidance, a mixed methods process evaluation was conducted.

Patients with sickle cell disease (SCD) experience a considerable physical and psychosocial disease burden. In recent years, the application of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) to treat adults with SCD has increased. A thorough understanding of patients' physical, mental, and social health before and after cure is needed to meet the needs of this growing group of patients.

Patients with lichen sclerosus experience moderate satisfaction with treatment and impairment of quality of life: results of a cross-sectional study.

Background: Although they are considered relevant, little is known about satisfaction with treatment and health-related quality of life (HRQoL) among patients with lichen sclerosus (LS).

Objectives: In a cross-sectional study, we aimed to examine (i) satisfaction with treatment, (ii) patient characteristics associated with satisfaction and (iii) HRQoL in Dutch patients with LS.

Methods: Members of the Dutch LS Patient Association (n = 750) were invited to complete a web-based survey.
