[The heterogeneity of collection strains of Yersinia pseudotuberculosis and their molecular biological properties].

The capacity of Y. pseudotuberculosis strains for disassociation with the appearance of S- and P-forms has been studied. Strains 852 and 9547 show high stability in S-forms, their conversion into R-forms occurring at 40-42 degrees C.

Viral chimeric protein including a determinant of myelin basic protein is capable of inducing allergic encephalomyelitis in guinea pigs.

A hybrid vaccinia virus expressing a chimeric protein consisting of thymidine kinase and the encephalitogenic determinant, S1, from guinea pig myelin basic protein was constructed. Infection of guinea pigs with the virus resulted in the development of allergic encephalomyelitis.

[Autooscillatory processes in the thalamocortical nonspecific system].

Dynamic properties of the thalamo-cortical system, regarded as a self-oscillating system, have been studied in experiments with chronically prepared rabbits. Different types of dynamic behaviour of the system have been revealed in response to stimulation with sine-type amplitude modulation. It is shown that self-oscillation process which develops in the thalamo-cortical non-specific system, is of relaxation type.
