Objective: Aim: The aim of the research is to study the immunohistochemical markers of the endothelium of blood vessels and myocardial ventricles under chronic exposure to sodium bichromate and lindane, as well as in conjunction with damaging biochemical agents contained in the blood.
Patients And Methods: Materials and Methods: The object of the experiment was outbred white mice (males). The study was carried out in 3 groups: 1st group - control, 2nd group - exposure to sodium bichromate 5 mg/kg, 3rd group - exposure to organochlorine pesticide lindane 100 mg/kg.
Some effects hindering the construction of knowledge-based potentials of atom-atom interactions in problems of biopolymer modeling have been considered. It was shown that some limitations are overcome by considering the distribution of distances between noninteracting probes in the protein structure space. It was shown that knowledge-based potentials thus constructed can be effectively used to analyze the hydration of protein atoms.

The authors present the potential energy curves, dipole moments, and transition dipole moments for a series of doublet states. The data are compared with the previous CASSCF and MCSCF calculations.

Efforts to build a working description of solvation, both by continuous models and by molecular dynamics, yield controversial results. Specifically constructed knowledge-based potentials appear to be promising for accounting for the solvation at the molecular level, yet have not been used for this purpose.
