The methodology for assessing the spatial homogeneity of ecosystems with the possibility of subsequent zoning of territories in terms of the degree of disturbance of the environment is considered in the study. The degree of pollution of the water body was reconstructed on the basis of hydrochemical monitoring data and information on the level of the technogenic load in one year. As a result, the greatest environmental stress zones were isolated and correct zoning using geostatistical analysis techniques was proved.

The preparation restored the sensitivity of background rosette-forming cells in the spleen of thymectomized mice to the inhibitory effect of azathioprine in vivo and practically normalized serum thymic activity reduced in thymectomized mice. The molecular weight of proteins present in K-activin and previously detected by SDS-PAAG electrophoresis was determined by MALDI mass spectrometry

The clinical manifestations of T lymphocyte dysfunction included a torpid recurrent inflammatory process in the respiratory system, respiratory viral infections, short-term efficacy of antibacterial drugs. The patients demonstrated a decrease in the number of T lymphocytes, in production of immune interferon, and in secretion of serum thymic humoral factor.
