Background: Longitudinal melanonychia (LM) is a worrisome sign in both children and adults. Nail apparatus melanoma (NAM) can be related to LM, but it is very rare in children. Lichen planopilaris (LPP) is the prototype of cicatricial alopecia and is the follicular form of lichen planus. Some studies showed viral agents such as hepatitis C virus; Epstein Bar virus and human Herpes viruses are associated with classic and oral lichen planus. Background: Efinaconazole is non-lacquer-based with a low surface tension that efficiently targets delivery of active ingredient into the nail and nail bed.
