Objective: We describe the clinical implementation in North America of Teen Online Problem Solving (TOPS), a 10+ session, evidence-based telehealth intervention providing training in problem-solving, emotion regulation, and communication skills.

Methods: Twelve children's hospitals and three rehabilitation hospitals participated, agreeing to train a minimum of five therapists to deliver the program and to enroll two patients with traumatic brain injuries (TBI) per month. Barriers to reach and adoption were addressed during monthly calls, resulting in expansion of the program to other neurological conditions and extending training to speech therapists.

Even though most thyroid subjects are undiagnosed due to nonspecific symptoms, universal screening for thyroid disease is not recommended for the general population. In this study, our motive is to showcase the early appearance of thyroid autoantibody, anti-TPO, prior to the onset of thyroid hormone disruption; hence the addition of anti-TPO in conjunction with traditional thyroid markers TSH and FT4 would aid to reduce the long-term morbidity and associated health concerns. Here, a total of 4581 subjects were tested multiple times for TSH, FT4, anti-TPO, and anti-Tg and followed up for 2 years.

We report on calculations-using the LEVEL and BCONT programs by Le Roy, the latter of which is a version modified by B. McGeehan-of the dependence of the radiative lifetime of the Na sodium dimer 4Σ shelf-state on the initial vibrational and rotational level for corresponding quantum numbers of 0 ≤ v ≤ 75 and 0 ≤ J ≤ 90, respectively. We also present experimental lifetime values for 43 < v < 64, averaged over J = 19 and 21, obtained by a delayed pump-probe method using a previously described molecular beam and time-of-flight apparatus.

We report on the lifetime measurement of the state of Na molecules, produced in a heat-pipe oven, using a time-resolved spectroscopic technique. The level was populated by two-step two-color double resonance excitation via the intermediate state. The excitation scheme was done using two synchronized pulsed dye lasers pumped by a Nd:YAG laser operating at the second harmonics.

Lifetimes of partially resolved ro-vibrational levels of the Na 2Σ double well state have been measured for the first time. Ground state sodium dimer molecules in a molecular beam are resonantly excited by the doubled output of a 10 ns pulsed dye laser in the range 333-357 nm. After being allowed to decay for a predetermined time interval, the surviving excited molecules are ionized by 532 nm photons from a delayed Nd:YAG laser and detected in a linear time-of-flight mass spectrometer.
