Introduction: In recent years, Professional Oral Health Care (POHC) has received serious attention for improving Oral Health Indicators (OHIs) in older people. Therefore, the present study aims to evaluate the impact of POHC on the oral health of older people through a systematic review and meta-analysis of existing studies and evidence.

Methods: Published articles until August 1, 2023, were searched in databases such as Scopus, PubMed, and Web of Science.

The effect of language learning engagement on L2 motivation over Instagram.

This study investigated the relationship between English language learners` Instagram engagement and second language (L2) motivation. It also aimed to determine engagement types (behavioral, cognitive, and affective engagement) as predictors of L2 motivation. Through stratified sampling, we recruited 102 Iranian users engaged in learning English via the Instagram platform as an informal learning context.

The satellite missions GRACE and GRACE Follow-On have undoubtedly been the most important sources to observe mass transport on global scales. Within the Combination Service for Time-Variable Gravity Fields (COST-G), gravity field solutions from various processing centers are being combined to improve the signal-to-noise ratio and further increase the spatial resolution. The time series of monthly gravity field solutions suffer from a data gap of about one year between the two missions GRACE and GRACE Follow-On among several smaller data gaps.

Percutaneous Sacroiliac Screw Fixation: A Modified Screw Insertion Method Using Just 2 Fluoroscopy Views.

Objectives: Percutaneous sacroiliac screw fixation (PSSF) is a well-defined method of surgery to fix unstable fractures of the pelvic ring with fewer post-surgical complications. However, the complex anatomy of the mentioned area makes PSSF a formidable challenge. The present study aimed to investigate a modified screw insertion method using two views of fluoroscopy X-ray instead of the prior three views to reduce the duration of operations and radiation exposures.
