Background This study aimed to identify sustainability priorities within Oman's healthcare sector using the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) methodology. Mainly, it focused on assessing the relative importance of economic, environmental, and social factors and their sub-elements in sustaining Oman's healthcare system. Methodology A semi-quantitative, cross-sectional design was employed to collect data from 23 Omani healthcare experts with at least 10 years of experience in five different public hospitals in Oman.

In recent times, particularly in applications used to build various structures for construction purposes or machines, solid sections have been gradually replaced by hollow sections due to their attractive features such as being light weight and having high specific strength. In the present investigation, an attempt was made to investigate, in detail, the flexural capability of aluminium hollow tubes (AHTs) with square cross-sections. Two related sibships from an extended family have been observed with the features of the DOOR syndrome. These features included deafness, onychodystrophy, osteodystrophy, microcephaly, and global developmental retardation with progressive blindness. Seizures, which were associated with hypsarrhythmia, were frequent and difficult to control and ultimately were the cause of death in two patients.
