Context: X-linked hypophosphatemia (XLH) is the most common form of inherited hypophosphatemic rickets (HR), caused by pathogenic variants in the gene. Genetic diagnosis of XLH facilitates early treatment optimization, especially for patients suitable for burosumab, a recombinant anti-fibroblast growth factor-23 monoclonal antibody.
Objective: This study aimed to use whole-exome sequencing (WES) and pedigree analysis to identify patients with XLH.
Purpose: Mutational data from multiple solid and liquid biospecimens of a single patient is often integrated to track cancer evolution. However, there is no accepted framework to resolve if individual samples from the same individual share variants due to common identity versus coincidence.
Experimental Design: Utilizing 8,000 patient tumors from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) across 33 cancer types, we estimated background rates of co-occurrence rates of mutations between discrete pairs of samples across cancers and by cancer type.
Purpose: The molecular drivers underlying mucinous tumor pathogenicity are poorly understood. mutations predict metastatic burden and treatment resistance in mucinous appendiceal adenocarcinoma. We investigated the pan-cancer clinicopathologic relevance of variants.

Although ICB is approved for treatment of several cancers, not all tumors with elevated TMB respond. Here we generated and proofreading mutator mice and show that ICB treatment of mice with high TMB tumors did not improve survival as only a subset of tumors responded.

Therefore, The objective of this study was to evaluate the impacts of in ovo feeding during early embryonic development using grape pomace extract as a natural antioxidant on hatchability, productive performance, immune response, and antioxidant status in broilers. A total of 900 fertile broiler eggs from the Arbor Acres strain were utilized.
