Absorption and emission based studies predicted the selectivity and sensitivity of TBZT towards Ni(II) and Co(II) ions which was further validated by HNMR, Mass, FT-IR, DFT, Docking, electrochemical, TGA studies and vibrating sample magnetometer analysis techniques. Limit of detection (LOD) values were calculated as 2 × 10 M and 4.

Moreover, with the emergence of antibiotic resistance (ABR), the microbial communities pose the century's largest public health challenges in terms of effective treatment strategies. Furthermore, given the large diversity and number of known bacterial strains, describing treatment choices for infected patients using experimental methodologies is time-consuming.

Acute but minor fluctuations in osmolarity and pH do not affect the living systems significantly. However, significant BLI is observed from marine BB due to acute osmolarity or pH changes that may affect the bioassay sensitivity.
