[Surgical treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax].

Results of treatment of 230 patients with the spontaneous pneumothorax were analyzed. All patients were divided in 4 groups, depending on the method of treatment. 1 group consisted of 2 patients, who were successfully treated, using pleural puncture.
