Using reaction of hydrazide 2-[6-methyl-1-(thiethane3-yl)uracil-3-yl]acetic acid with arylaldehydes and acetophenone derivatives were obtained acylhydrazones, which exist in DMSO solution as a mixture of two stereoisomers of a E(C=N)-isomer for due to hindered internal rotation around the hydrazide bond. It was revealed that the synthesized compounds exhibit antihypertensive activity.

Material And Methods: A total of 32 ILD patients were examined. Of them 14 had idiopathic fibrosing alveolitis (IFA), 6 had exogenous allergic alveolitis (EAA) and 12 patients had ILD in diffuse disease of the connective tissue (ILD-DDCT).
The functional characteristics variations during the magnetic storms were observed in both the healthy humans and in patients with cardio-vascular diseases as well as in cosmonauts at SOYUZ spacecraft and MIR station. These characteristics revealed a nonspecific adaptive stress reaction, which should be accompanied by the variations in the stress-hormone production rate. The neurohumoral regulation of the organism functions during the geomagnetic storms in a group of patients with cardio-vascular pathology and in a control group of healthy individuals were studied.

It has been shown that hemosorption possessing a potent detoxicating effect considerably facilitates activation of the non-gas-exchange functions of the lungs. However, losses of the surfactant synthesis components during hemocarboperfusion as well as absorption of oxygen by certain sorts of charcoal (SKN-4M, SKN-1K) results in arterial hypoxemia.
