In view of the significant difficulties arising in controlling the operation of the rapid iron removal filters on the basis of full exhaustion of their clarifying resource at every calculation stage (filter run), it is suggested to realize a simple control algorithm, which assumes an equal duration of filter runs during the entire service life of one filtering material change. Since the efficiency of physicochemical iron removal depends significantly on the specified duration, in order to establish its optimal value in every given case it is necessary to perform a special technical and economic analysis with a detailed consideration of the composition and degree of contamination of natural water. In the working conditions considered above, which are typical for physicochemical iron removal from deep groundwater in Ukraine, such a value was 600 conventional units, which corresponds to 48 h.

In this paper, Henry's law constants and the vapor-liquid distribution coefficients of six noncondensable gases, namely, N, O, H, CH, Ar, and CO, at infinite dilution in liquid CO are derived based on published vapor-liquid equilibrium data at temperatures ranging from the triple point (216.59 K) to the critical point (304.

Kidney transplantation is unique method of renal replacement therapy, allowing to improve quality and duration of life for patients with diabetes mellitus type 1 (DM1) and end-stage renal disease (ESRD) on dialysis therapy. Recently using of innovation technologies for diabetes management and modern immunosuppression enable achieving better results of posttransplant rehabilitation for patients with DM1, especially if kidney transplantation is performed early after initiation of dialysis. Detailed examination of patient with DM1 before potential kidney transplantation is very important to reduce of early and late postoperative complications.

Methods: We investigated 96 patients with T1DM of long duration, with CKD at different stages (0-5), including patients on hemodialysis (HD) and with kidney transplantation (KT). Along with overall clinical examination, we assessed markers of MBD (calcium, phosphorus, parathormone, vitamin D, fibroblast growth factor (FGF) 23) and levels of cardiac injury marker (atrial natriuretic peptide, NT-proBNP).
