Short-term and medium-term clinical outcomes of multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children: a prospective observational cohort study.

Background: Even though the incidence of Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome in children (MIS-C) is decreasing cases are still reported across the world. Studying the consequences of MIS-C enhances our understanding of the disease's prognosis. The objective of this study was to assess short- and medium-term clinical outcomes of MIS-C.

[Seasonal Dynamics of Mikrobial Composition Variation from Waters of Some Reservoirs of Uzbekistan].

It was studied seasonal dynamics of inoculation of microorganisms from water samples of some reservoirs of Uzbekistan in a comparative perspective. It was found that in samples of water of Kattakurgan reservoir TC in 1 dm3 in summer in the water samples from the middle of the reservoir is 2.2 times higher than normal, above the dam - 10.

[The neurophysiological analysis of symptomatic post-traumatic epilepsy].

To identify correlates of epilepsy development in patients after brain injury, the authors carried out a comparative assessment of the spatial organization of brain electrical activity in patients with consequences of closed craniocerebral injury without epilepsy (53 patients) and in patients with post-traumatic epilepsy (43 patients). A control group included 15 subjects. The EEG study with spectral coherent analysis allows to predict post-traumatic epilepsy and to use a differential approach in prescribing the appropriate anticonvulsive therapy to people after head injury.
