Background: The prevalence of vaginal candidiasis is high in women and proper treatment is essential in this regard.
Materials And Methods: This single-blind randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted on 120 women who were referred to Hamadan health centers in 2019. The patients were randomly divided into Clotrimazole cream and Nika vaginal cream groups each including 60 cases.
Objective: Dermatophytosis is one of the most common mycotic infections, which considered as a public health problem in the major of countries. This study evaluated the molecular epidemiology of dermatophytosis in patients referred to Farshchian hospital in Hamadan city with PCR-RFLP method.
Materials And Methods: Four hundred and five specimens from clinically suspected patients of dermatophytosis were collected and analyzed by direct microscopic and culture.

Background And Purpose: Airborne fungi are one of the most important agents responsible for triggering allergicreactions such as rhinitis and severe asthma. This study was conducted to analyze and monitor the prevalence and distribution patterns of atmospheric fungal aerosols in the air of Qazvin during winter of 2012.
Materials And Methods: In the current descriptive study, the incidence and diversity of potentially allergenic airborne fungi were determined using two times sampling interval in 25 different locations of Qazvin city by Petri dish trappingtechnique and exposure of 10- cm diameter plates of Sabouraud's dextrose agar medium plus chloramphenicol to the air.
Background: Understanding the nature and function of fungal exoantigens might lead to novel approaches in the treatment and prophylaxis of some infectious diseases. Septic arthritis represents a serious problem for medicine due to the high incidence rate and severe complications.
Objective: The present study aimed at assessing the immunomodulatory effects of culture filtrate as a novel compound in experimental septic arthritis.
