Objective: Oocyte cryopreservation (OC) has increased in recent years; however, there is a paucity of published data on the use of cryopreserved oocytes and associated outcomes.
Methods: A retrospective review of 748 OC cycles between 2013 and 2022 at a private fertility centre was performed. Outcome parameters for oocyte retrieval cycles were reviewed.
Most studies utilizing fish to study the effects of simulated microgravity (SMG) only observe the effects during the first week of development. They also do not take into account the potential impact on development of vibrations caused by the equipment. In this study we analyze the effects of both SMG and vibration on development of the skeleton.

There are several studies examining the effects of exposure to simulated microgravity on various developmental systems and in various organisms; however, few examine the effects beyond the juvenile stages. In this study, we expose zebrafish embryos to simulated microgravity starting at key stages associated with cranial neural crest cell migration.

These enzymes are important for their function of bone deposition and resorption. Alkaline phosphatase (AP) activity is associated with the cell surface of osteoblasts, while osteoclasts secrete tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (TRAP).
