[Occupational morbidity in Kazakhstan].

The main principle of the whole health care system in Kazakhstan is joint responsibility of state, employer and employee for the health state. Coordination of occupational therapeutic service is maintained by National Center of Industrial hygiene and occupational diseases. The country appears to have registered 6919 patients with "occupational disease" diagnosis, with new 500-600 cases register annually.

[Endothelial dysfunction development in miners].

The authors studied vascular endothelium state in coal miners. Findings are lower endothelium-dependent and endothelium-independent vasodilatation, dysbalance of humoral markers--that prove endothelial dysfunction development and remodelling of vascular wall.
