[Schizotypical Disorder or Schizophrenia? Assessment of Penal Responsibility in a Patricide Case].

Patricide is the murder of one of the parents. We report a case of a man who had committed two homicides, at different times, one of them being considered a parricide. He was referred for forensic psychiatric evaluation and later evaluated in a psychiatric assistance service.
