[The evaluation of professional potential of medical personnel in preventing medical risks at medical care support of patients with inflammatory diseases of maxillary antrum based on integral assessment of quantitative indicators of sociological surveys].

The article presents results of quantitative sociological surveys based on original on-line questionnaire that allows to assess professional competence of otorhinolaryngologists in prescribing antibiotics to patients with acute and chronic rhinosinusitis. The professional potential of otorhinolaryngologists within the framework of national security strategy in the field of public health. The pilot approbation was carried out in February-December 2023 by means of quantitative sociological on-line survey of 627 otorhinolaryngologists from 32 subjects of the Russian Federation.

[On the issue of qualitative assessment of level of population commitment to vaccination].

This article presents analysis of results of quantitative study "Level of Commitment to Vaccination" based on author's original methodology of survey. The main medical and social causes of decreasing of level of population commitment to vaccination are explained. The purpose of the study is to quantitatively assess commitment to vaccination, to establish both dependence of level of commitment on risk factors of population refusal to be vaccinated and medical and social causes of this phenomenon.

[The methodological approaches to evaluation of effect of tuberculosis as socially significant infection on decreasing of public health quality].

The study reveals main methodological approaches in monitoring and evaluating role of socially significant infectious diseases in reducing quality of public health in the Russian Federation. The article proposes at population level the grouping of main risk factors affecting quality of public health, exemplified by epidemiology of tuberculosis. The purpose of the study is to develop methodology of exploration of impact of socially significant infections on decreasing of quality of public health exemplified by epidemiology of tuberculosis as infectious disease that is well studied in medical social aspects and having fully functioning TB control and high level monitoring system.

[Methodical approach to the construction of the index of doctors' confidence in their activities].

Introduction: The COVID-19 pandemic has demonstrated the importance of developing a state policy to increase the attractiveness of a doctor's work and counteract professional burnout. The trust of doctors in their work determines the state of human resources in the field of healthcare. The development of an approach to the organization of monitoring the trust of doctors will allow identifying organizations at an early stage in which there is a decrease in the confidence of doctors in their activities.

Satisfaction of outpatient oncologists with their work.

Job satisfaction is a fundamental ingredient in the life quality of a modern person; for a health care worker, it determines to a large extent the quality and accessibility of health care services they provide. Our aim is identification of key reasons for low job satisfaction among outpatient oncologists at cancer care centres (CCC) and identification of the best ways to address them. 110 oncologists working in outpatient CCC in Moscow, Moscow region and Ivanovo region participated in this research.

[New conceptions in complex management of spine trauma patients including reconstructive microsurgery and succeeding rehabilitation].

This work is been based upon the experience of performing 100 reconstructive microsurgical operations with transplantation of combined vascular-neural autografts, in 24 cases--with introduction cellular material into zone of transplantation. The complex approach aimed to creating optimal conditions for the functional regeneration of the spinal cord (SC), including neurosurgical methods restoring anatomical integrity of the organ and also multicomponent and staging rehabilitation of patients has been developed. On the base of complex approach during a postoperative period there has been put synchronous multifactorial action, consisting of functional multichannel electrical pacing of muscles simultaneously participating in tumble.

[Detection of captopress and novopassit in forensic chemical analysis of cadaveric material].

A method for identification of captopress and novopassit in drugs and biological objects is suggested. These agents are isolated by 90% ethanol or chloroform mixture with isopropanol. 11 color tests and thin-layer chromatography are suggested for identification.
