Understanding the underlying causes and identifying the specific obstructions within the upper airway is crucial for effective management of this condition. Sleep MRI has emerged as a valuable tool in accurately diagnosing OSA by providing detailed insights into the level, magnitude, and type of obstruction present in affected individuals.
