The aim of the study was to measure the effectiveness of ChatGPT-assisted problem-based learning (PBL) teaching for urology medical interns in comparison with traditional teaching.
Methods: A cohort of urology interns was randomly assigned to two groups; one underwent ChatGPT-assisted PBL teaching, while the other received traditional teaching over a period of two weeks.
Background: The stability of soft and hard tissues surrounding the implant is not only a matter of aesthetics, but also affects the long-term stability of the implant. The present study was to explore the influence of buccal mucosa width/height (W/H) ratio, emergence profile and buccal bone width on peri-implant soft and hard tissue changes in the posterior region.
Methods: Fifty-eight posterior implant restoration cases were recruited in this study.

In this study, which involved 2766 adults aged ≥ 20 years enrolled in the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) from 2011 to 2016, multivariable logistic regression, restricted cubic spline (RCS) models and mediation analyses were used. After full adjustment, multivariable logistic regression revealed that higher serum copper levels were correlated with an increased risk of sarcopenia.

Microbial production of organic acids has been hindered by the poor acid tolerance of microorganisms and the high costs of waste salt reprocessing. The robustness of non-conventional microorganisms in an acidic environment makes it possible to produce organic acids at low pH and greatly simplifies downstream processing. In this review we discuss the environmental adaptability features of non-conventional yeasts, as well as the latest developments in genomic engineering strategies that have facilitated metabolic engineering of these strains.

Methods: Oxaliplatin resistance-associated differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in the GSE42387 and GSE227315 datasets were identified through bioinformatics methods.
The fate of the pollutants in aquatic environment is closely related to colloids, and the carrier effect of colloids on pollutants not only affects their bioaccumulation, but may also affect their toxicity. In this study, the effects of natural colloid with different components on the biological toxicity of benzophenone-3 (BP3) to zebrafish larvae (Diano rerio) were studied.
