Promising efficacy of Low-Dose rituximab in Muscle specific kinase antibody positive Myasthenia Gravis.

Aims: The study aims to evaluate the efficacy of low dose rituximab (RTX) in patients with muscle-specific kinase antibody positive myasthenia gravis (MuSK-MG).

Methods: This is a single-center, retrospective study. A total of 10 patients with MuSK-MG were admitted to the Department of Neurology, First Hospital, Shanxi Medical University, between April 2021 to April 2023.
