Multifunctional dressing biomaterials that can promote tissue adhesion, hemostasis, and soft-tissue wound healing are of great clinical significance. Here, we report a nanocomposite supramolecular sponge constructed by an air-in-water emulsion template composed of methacrylated gelatin (GelMA), Laponite nanoclay, and branched supramolecular polymer (PAMU). Long-term neuroinflammation is a major barrier to neurological recovery after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury (CIRI). Here, a thermosensitive injectable supramolecular hybrid hydrogel is developed to sustainably deliver exosomes derived from interleukin-1β-stimulated bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs) (βExos) with improved exosome production and anti-inflammatory capacity for neuroinflammation inhibition and neurological recovery. Hierarchical and porous V2O5 microspheres have been fabricated by a refluxing approach followed by annealing in air. The resulting porous V2O5 microspheres typically have diameters of 3-6 μm and are constructed of intertwined laminar nanocrystals or crosslinked nanobricks.
