Purpose: The aim of this study is to explore the clinical features and associated factors of intraocular inflammation (IOI) following intravitreal brolucizumab (IVBr) administration for neovascular age-related macular degeneration (nAMD).

Methods: This retrospective study included 87 eyes from 87 Japanese patients with nAMD who were followed up for 5 months after the initial administration of IVBr as switching therapy. Clinical pictures of IOI post-IVBr and changes in best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) at 5 months were evaluated between eyes with and without IOI (non-IOI).

Aims: To compare the surgical outcome of pars plana vitrectomy (PPV) for full-thickness macular hole (FTMH) with and without lamellar hole-associated epiretinal proliferation (LHEP).

Methods: This retrospective study included 158 eyes of 158 patients with FTMH treated with PPV. The following variables were analyzed: sex, age, preoperative best corrected visual acuity (pre-BCVA), BCVA 6 months after the surgery (6M-BCVA), the axial length of eye, the minimum diameter of FTMH, the diameter of basal side of FTMH, postoperative continuity of subfoveal ellipsoid zone (EZ) and external limiting membrane (ELM), and the preoperative presence of LHEP.

Purpose: To report a surgical technique for retinal detachment associated with optic disc pit (ODP) by using an internal limiting membrane (ILM) inverted flap as an obstacle between the vitreous cavity and subretinal space.

Case Presentation: A 43-year-old man presented with decreased visual acuity in the right eye for 1 week due to macular detachment associated with ODP. After 2 unsuccessful surgeries, the retina was reattached by vitrectomy with an ILM inverted flap onto the ODP.
