Digital therapeutics (DTx) delivers evidence-based therapeutic interventions to patients that are driven by software to prevent, manage, or treat a medical disorder or disease. The comb-like copolymers of polycarboxylic acid were synthesized and then reacted with chenodeoxycholic acid (CDCA) to obtain a series of conjugates, MPn-CDCA, where n is the number of the groups of oxyethylene in each graft chain. This was confirmed by infrared spectroscopy and thin-layer chromatography. We investigated the effects of dissolving model cholesterol gallstones with the MPn-CDCA conjugates in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.

Aim: To investigate the features of various blood-borne virus infections and co-infection in intravenous drug users (IDUs), and to examine the correlation of T lymphocyte subsets with virus co-infection.

Methods: Four hundred and six IDUs without any clinical manifestation of hepatitis and 102 healthy persons were enrolled in this study. HBV-DNA and HCV-RNA were detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR.
