[Analysis of genetic polymorphisms of 21 autosomal short tandem repeat loci among Han Chinese from Quanzhou].

Objective: To analyze genetic polymorphisms of 21 autosomal short tandem repeat (STR) loci from Quanzhou Han Chinese groups using a GlobalFiler kit, and to assess its value for forensic practice.

Methods: For 402 unrelated Han individuals, allelic frequencies of 21 autosomal STR loci were determined by using the GlobalFiler kit. Genetic parameters of the 21 STR loci were calculated.
