Clinical effects of anweiyang capsule and Pinellia decoction for eradication of Helicobacter pylori and healing of peptic ulcers.

Peptic ulcers are a prevalent and often chronic condition within the digestive system, frequently prone to recurrence. This study aims to evaluate the clinical effects of Anweiyang capsule combined with Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction on Helicobacter pylori eradication, ulcer healing rates, and improvement of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syndromes in patients with peptic ulcers. A total of 100 patients were randomly assigned to an observation group (n = 50), receiving the herbal combination, and a control group (n = 50), receiving standard Western medical treatment.
