Long-term inflammation and impaired angiogenesis are the main reasons for the difficulty of diabetic wound healing. What to do to effectively promote vascular endothelial cell response and immune cell reprogramming is the key to diabetic skin healing. However, contemporary therapies cannot simultaneously coordinate the promotion of vascular endothelial cells and macrophage polarization, which leads to an increased rate of disability in patients with chronic diabetes.
