Objective: To evaluate whether ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation (RFA) is reliable for unifocal T1aN0M0 papillary thyroid carcinoma in the isthmus (PTCI).
Methods: 431 patients who underwent ultrasound-guided RFA for unifocal T1aN0M0 papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) were divided by location of the lesion into the PTCI group (52 females, 7 males, mean age 43.79 ± 12.
Objective: To retrospectively evaluate the efficacy and safety of ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation (RFA) in the treatment of papillary thyroid microcarcinoma (PTMC) through a follow-up study of continuous postoperative surveillance and large-sample data.
Methods: The efficacy of ultrasound-guided RFA was evaluated by measuring the tumor volume reduction rate (VRR), tumor disappearance rate, and disease progression in 358 patients with low-risk unifocal PTMC who underwent ultrasound-guided RFA at Hangzhou Weja Hospital, while the safety was evaluated by measuring their complications.
Results: The VRR was -745.
Under the context of territorial spatial planning in the new era, it is of great significance to analyze the future land use competition pattern to construct a sustainable and adaptive management strategy for territorial spatial development and utilization protection. Taking Shenyang, a megacity in Northeast China, as the case study area, and the geographic information system technologies and the patch-generation land use simulation (PLUS) model was used to simulate the land use competition pattern in 2030 under four scenarios. Meanwhile, the dynamic evolution of territorial spatial structure competition was monitored based on the perspective of agricultural, ecological, and construction land space.

Revealing its spatio-temporal differentiation is an important scientific issue to improve the resilience of cultivated land and ensure food security. In this paper, Shenyang, a typical region of Lower Liaohe Plain, is the study area.
