Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) with retinoic acid receptor γ (RARG) rearrangement has clinical, morphologic, and immunophenotypic features similar to classic acute promyelocytic leukemia. However, AML with RARG rearrangement is insensitive to alltrans retinoic acid (ATRA) and arsenic trioxide (ATO) and carries a poor prognosis. We initiated a global cooperative study to define the clinicopathological features, genomic and transcriptomic landscape, and outcomes of AML with RARG rearrangements collected from 29 study groups/institutions worldwide.

The aim of this study was to illustrate the value of a comprehensive genomic evaluation in prenatal diagnosis. We retrospectively reviewed 20 fetuses with clinically significant copy number variants (CNVs) detected by chromosomal microarray analysis (CMA) and no further exome sequencing testing in our tertiary center between 2019 and 2020.

Case Presentation: In an unusual adult case, we treated a 52-year-old woman who presented with a mass in the left intergluteal cleft region.
Objective: To evaluate the clinicoradiologic characteristics of hemorrhagic meningiomas (HMs) that are missed or misdiagnosed on radiologic imaging studies.
Methods: Clinical and radiologic data from 6 patients with HM who were initially misdiagnosed were collected and recorded respectively. In addition, we performed a literature review for misdiagnosed HM and summarized the results.
Intracranial hemorrhage (ICH) is a devastating complication of immune thrombocytopenia (ITP). However, information on ICH in ITP patients under the age of 60 years is limited, and no predictive tools are available in clinical practice. A total of 93 adult patients with ITP who developed ICH before 60 years of age were retrospectively identified from 2005 to 2019 by 27 centers in China.

Despite the well-recognized chemopreventive role of ASA in some solid tumors particularly for colon cancer, whether ASA displays the antimyeloma activity remains unclear.
Methods: MM1.
Objective: To study the possibility and mechanism by which the human umbilical blood mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are induced to differentiate into neuron in vitro by baicalin, a kind of flavonoid isolated from an important medicinal plant Scutellariae Radix.
Methods: Human cord blood was obtained via sterile procedure with 20 U/ml of preservative-free heparin. MSCs were isolated by the two-step assay of gelatin sedimentation plus Ficoll centrifugation separation, purified and amplified in the liquid culture medium.
Background & Objective: Human tissue factor pathway inhibitor-2 (TFPI-2) is a newly discovered serine protease inhibitor, which inhibits plasmin, trypsin, matrix metalloproteinase (MMPs), but not urokinase, tissue-type plasminogen activators and thrombin. Earlier studies have shown that the production of TFPI-2 is downregulated during the progression of various cancers. The aim of this study was to elucidate the relationship between TFPI-2 expression and ovarian tumor migration and invasion.
