A 32-year-old man presented with relapsing polychondritis (RP) and microhematuria. A renal biopsy specimen disclosed focal segmental glomerulonephritis with occasional crescents. Immunofluorescent and electron micrographic studies suggested immune complex--mediated glomerular injury.
