Importance: Dual-eligible older adults rely on Medicaid to pay for Medicare premiums and cost sharing in addition to supplemental services including dental and long-term care. However, the unique experiences of dual-eligible older adults with Medicaid unwinding remain unknown.
Objective: To assess the awareness and experiences of dual-eligible older adults with Medicaid redetermination.
Background And Objective: Left bundle branch area pacing (LBBAP) is increasingly used for treating bradycardia and heart failure. However, real-world data are limited. The Conduction-System Pacing Italian Network Group (C-SING) collected prospective data on LBBAP procedures in a nationwide context.

Owing to its multimodular structure, it possesses an extensive interactome including the molecular chaperone HSP70 and other specific cellular partners, which make it an eminent factor in several pathologies, particularly in cancer. Despite its potential as a therapeutic target, very few BAG3 modulators have been disclosed so far.

Considering this differential therapeutic use, we decided to evaluate cases related to these agents by comparing those with DM, HF, or both (DM and HF).
Methods: A retrospective, pharmacovigilance study was conducted by using data contained in the EudraVigilance from January 1st, 2021, to December 31st, 2023.
Recently, we identified magnolol bioinspired derivatives as new Tankyrase 1/2 (TNKS1/2) inhibitors by our Inverse Virtual Screening protocol. Based on these findings, in the present contribution, we enlarged our investigation of neolignans to the natural product honokiol (1) and a group of its analogues (2-8). By integrating in silico analysis and Surface Plasmon Resonance experiments, we investigated the binding of tested compounds against biological target under investigations.

The in silico workflow here described led to the identification of a promising initial hit (1) featuring the 1-ethyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine motif which represented an unexplored chemotype for the development of a new class of BRD9 ligands. The encouraging biophysical results achieved for compound 1 prompted us to explore further tailored structural modification around the C-4 and C-6 positions of the central core.

Limited data exist on VTE challenges in the acute setting throughout a dynamic long-term follow-up of COVID-19 patients compared to non-COVID-19 patients. The aim of the study was to investigate acute and long-term management and complications in VTE patients with and without COVID-19.

Methods: Person-level data came from 38,616 high-school students residing in 22 urban public-school districts in 14 states (U.S.
Mass spectrometry-based chemical proteomic approaches using limited proteolysis have become a powerful tool for the identification and analysis of the interactions between a small molecule (SM) and its protein target(s). Gracilioether A (GeA) is a polyketide isolated from a marine sponge, for which we aimed to trace the interactome using this strategy. DARTS (Drug Affinity Responsive Target Stability) and t-LiP-MS (targeted-Limited Proteolysis-Mass Spectrometry) represented the main techniques used in this study.

Detailed guidance for graduate medical education is provided by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education through the following: (1) an assessment framework for competencies, subcompetencies, and milestones for trainees and (2) the Clinical Learning Environment Review (CLER) Pathways for assessment of trainees' learning environments. These tools do not include a robust framework to evaluate trainees' abilities to offer language-appropriate care.

ICI-induced skin toxicities are common irADRs and they can be a consequence of a rheumatologic ADR, such as in the case of scleroderma. A recent literature review reported that scleroderma and scleroderma mimics represent a group of disorders with significant morbidity that have been described during ICIs' use.

However, whether a specific anticoagulation intensity strategy may prevent clinical worsening in severe COVID-19 patients is still debated. We conducted a joint analysis of two randomized controlled trials, COVID-19 HD (NCT044082359) and EMOS-COVID (NCT04646655), to assess the efficacy and safety of two anticoagulant regimens in hospitalized severe COVID-19 patients.

Our aim was to evaluate atrial tachyarrhythmias (ATAs) recurrences during the BP after CA with the laser-balloon (LB) technique.
Methods: Consecutive patients undergoing LBCA were enrolled.
Objective: This study examined the cross-sectional relationships between neighborhood social composition and gentrification, and acculturation stressors.
Methods: Person-level data came from first-generation Chinese immigrants enrolled in the Immigrant Enclaves Study (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, baseline 2018-2020, N = 512). A validated scale was used to assess 22 stressors associated with migration or acculturation.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the association between county- and state-level immigrant criminalizing and integrating policies and Latino household participation in the largest safety net program against food insecurity in the U.S., the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).

Cats are highly susceptible to SARS-CoV-2 infection, and there were cases of virus transmission between cats and humans. The objective of this study was to assess the prevalence of SARS-CoV-2 variant infection of cats in an urban setting.

To elucidate the underlying biological mechanisms, we performed multi-ancestry genetic analyses in ~800,000 women, identifying 1,080 independent signals associated with age at menarche. Collectively these loci explained 11% of the trait variance in an independent sample, with women at the top and bottom 1% of polygenic risk exhibiting a ~11 and ~14-fold higher risk of delayed and precocious pubertal development, respectively.

To further improve the results of the prototype and simultaneously lighten filter requirements, different AI models are compared in this paper to determine their performance in terms of complexity and accuracy. By overcoming some known limitations (e.
