Autoimmune diseases have been reported in association with neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) in adults. Two children with NF1 and concurrent autoimmune diseases: antimuscle-specific kinase antibody-positive myasthenia and juvenile idiopathic arthritis are reported.
