An unusual cause of recurrent syncope: Mediastinal lymphoma diagnosed with transesophageal echocardiography.

Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) rarely presents initially with cardiac symptoms. In this case, its first symptom was a recurrent syncope. The diagnosis of mediastinal tumor was made with transesophageal echocardiography.
