Background: Research in universities requires systematic and participatory processes that integrate teachers, contents, strategies and tools, and students and their own interests. Therefore, the main objective of this study was to establish the relationship between the perception of the teaching-learning process (TLP) and the attitude toward scientific research among midwifery students.
Materials And Methods: Descriptive cross-sectional study, conducted on 250 students from second to fourth year of study selected by convenience sampling.
Objective: analyze the structure of teaching programs and contents of the adolescent health and its development in nursing education.
Method: descriptive observational study conducted in Colombia, Ecuador and Peru. Data was collected by the Instrument for (self-)evaluation of the adolescent health and development component in undergraduate nursing programs, and investigated using descriptive statistics.
