The temporalis and mastoid fasciae are 2 of the most important graft reservoirs used by plastic surgeons, otolaryngologists, and oral and maxillofacial surgeons. The temporalis fascia is harvested predominantly by plastic surgeons, whereas otolaryngologists often prefer the mastoid fascia.
