Background And Purpose: Mechanical Thrombectomy (MT) has recently become the standard of care for anterior circulation stroke with large vessel occlusion, but predictive factors of successful MT are still not clearly defined. To tailor treatment individually for each patient, the aim of this study was to evaluate the performances of Machine Learning to predict clinical outcome (mRS) at 3 months after MT.
Material And Methods: From the ETIS French prospective multicenter registry, data from patients who underwent MT for anterior circulation stroke with large vessel occlusion between January 2018 and December 2020 were extracted.
Background: WEB shape modification has been analyzed in relation to the aneurysm occlusion outcome and techniques have been presented with one-dimensional measurements of the device to quantify the change after implantation. In this work, we present an analysis of pre-treatment vascular morphology and hemodynamics of cases treated with WEB devices, which were three-dimensionally quantified in morphology and position to detect modifications.
Methods: Seventeen WEB-treated aneurysms with pre-treatment, post-treatment and follow-up 3D flat-panel CT were included.

Bone sarcomas, constituting less than 1% of malignant neoplasms across all age groups, are rare tumours possibly associated with genetic susceptibility syndromes. This review aims to provide recommendations for the detection of cancer predisposition syndromes associated with bone sarcomas and managing affected patients. Recommendations were formulated by a multidisciplinary working and reviewing group from GROUPOS and SFCE oncogenetic's group, including geneticists, oncologists, and radiologists.

Background: Hemorrhage is a major complication of brain arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) embolization, which can be related to persistent arteriovenous shunts that were not completely occluded during the embolization. In transvenous embolization (TVE) this risk is deemed higher for AVMs larger than 3 cm featuring multiple veins of drainage. Herein, we will discuss a few selected cases where brain AVMs with more than one draining vein were deemed safe for curative embolization with advanced endovascular techniques after a careful anatomical study through the four dimensional-digital subtraction angiography (4D-DSA) imaging.

Background: Flow diverting stents (FDS) have transformed the treatment of intracranial aneurysms; however, their metallic structure associated with their intra-luminal positioning hamper angiographic and clinical outcomes. Background And Objectives: Limited evidence exists for endovascular first-line treatment of Spetzler-Martin (SM) grade III brain arteriovenous malformations (AVMs). In this article, we sought to evaluate advanced endovascular techniques for treating SM III AVMs across different sizes, eloquence, and patterns of venous drainage.
Methods: Data from AVMs SM III treated between January 2010 and January 2022 were collected: size (S), eloquence (E), drainage (V), angioarchitecture features (arterial and venous aneurysms, venous drainage, and venous stenosis), treatment strategy (single arterial, double arterial, venous, both arterial and venous, and transvenous endovascular embolization with selective temporary flow arrest [TFATVE]), neoadjuvant treatment, and number of previous embolization sessions.
