In this present work, we describe the syntheses of a new series of 32 1H-indole-based-meldrum linked 1H-1,2,3-triazole derivatives (2-13, 15a-15f, 16a-16f, 17a-17f and 19a, 19b, 20a), which constitute a new class of 1H-1,2,3-triazoles. Compounds 15a-15f, 16a-16f, 17a-17f have been prepared by employing "click" reactions between substituted 1H-indole-based meldrum alkynes (11, 12 and 13) and substituted aromatic azides (14a-14f) in the presence of copper iodide (CuI) and Hünig's base. Then, the synthesis of compounds 19, 20 through decomposition of meldrum moiety.

Red foxes play a crucial role in the life cycle and transmission of zoonotic pathogens, including ; however, comprehensive information on the prevalence of in red foxes () is lacking. In this meta-analysis we aimed to evaluate the global and regional prevalence of among red foxes. We searched PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar for studies reporting prevalence of in red foxes up to April 1, 2024.

It seems that chronic toxoplasmosis is associated with several neuropsychiatric and other harmful effects in infected people, therefore, there is a need to investigate the prevalence of toxoplasmosis across various world regions. In this study, we conducted a meticulous meta-analysis to estimate the seroprevalence of anti-Toxoplasma gondii IgG antibodies within the general population in Iran (GPI).

Among the subcutaneous and transdermal drug delivery systems developed to deal with adverse effects, microneedles have drawn attention due to their rapid action, high drug bioavailability, and improved permeability. Sufentanil (SUF) is an effective injectable opioid for treating severe pain.

Although effective treatments for COVID-19 are currently limited, there has been a strong focus on developing new therapeutic approaches to address the morbidity and mortality linked to this disease. An approach that is currently being investigated is the use of exosome-based therapies.

This paper examines possible restraints on embedding these chain graphs into Euclidean space such that they are compatible with the metrics of chains of tetrahedra in observed crystal structures. Chain-silicate minerals with T = Si (plus P, V, As, Al, Fe, B, Be, Zn and Mg) have a grand nearest-neighbour ⟨T-T⟩ distance of 3.

This research presents these ILs as PCMs for the first time, emphasizing their environmentally friendly characteristics, safety profile, and cost-effectiveness.

We searched international databases from 2010-2023, categorizing data by regions and socio-economic variables using a random-effects model. Analyzing 757 articles covering 7154,842 individuals from 78 countries, the study found a pooled global prevalence of (6.

ChAc is caused by mutations in the vacuolar protein sorting-associated protein 13A (VPS13A) gene. The aim of the present study was to conduct a clinical and genetic analysis of five patients with suspected ChAc in Iran.

Therefore, MMP2 inhibition may hold promise for cancer treatment. Anthraquinones have shown antineoplastic effects, some of which have been used in clinical practice as anticancer drugs.

Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted on 200 COVID-19 patients hospitalized at Ayatollah Rouhani Hospital, Babol, from March 2020 to March 2021. Demographic indicators and inflammatory markers were recorded in the questionnaire and were investigated based on disease outcome, length of hospitalization, need for non-invasive ventilation (NIV), and need for hospitalization in the ICU and ventilator.
Background: Monitoring progress towards the WHO global target to eliminate hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection by 2030, entails reliable prevalence estimates for HCV infection in different populations. Little is known about the global burden of HCV infection in pregnant women. Here, for the first time to our knowledge, we estimated the global and regional seroprevalence of HCV antibody (Ab) and determinants in pregnant women.
