Twin Pregnancy in Patient With Fontan Circulation and Homozygous Mutation.

Singleton pregnancy in Fontan patients is burdened by a significant maternal cardiovascular and obstetric risk. The cardiac workload in a twin pregnancy is greater and could place Fontan-palliated patients at an increased risk of complications. We report a case of a woman with Fontan circulation and homozygous mutation who had a twin pregnancy.

EMpowerment of PArents in THe Intensive Care Questionnaire: Translation and Validation in Italian PICUs.

Objectives: To translate and validate the EMpowerment of PArents in THe Intensive Care questionnaire to measure parent satisfaction and experiences in Italian PICUs.

Design: Prospective, multicenter study.

Setting: Four medical/surgical Italian PICUs in three tertiary hospitals.
