Introduction: Severe COVID-19 is a life-threatening condition characterized by complications such as interstitial pneumonia, hypoxic respiratory failure, and acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). The present report investigates the impact of a Telemedicine Service (TMS) on the management of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF) during coronavirus disease of 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak in Italy.
