Introduction: Behavioral measurement-based care (MBC) can improve patient outcomes and has also been advanced as a critical learning health system (LHS) tool for identifying and mitigating potential disparities in mental health treatment. However, little is known about the uptake of remote behavioral MBC in safety net settings, or possible disparities occurring in remote MBC implementation.

Methods: This study uses electronic health record data to study variation in completion rates at the clinic and patient level of a remote MBC symptom measure tool during the first 6 months of implementation at three adult outpatient psychiatry clinics in a safety net health system.

Introduction: Single domain antibody fragments (sdAbs) are an appealing scaffold for radiopharmaceutical development due to their small size (~15 kDa), high solubility, high stability, and excellent tumor penetration. Previously, we developed NB7 sdAb, which has very high affinity for an epitope on PSMA that is different from those targeted by small molecule PSMA inhibitors. Child health inequities are largely the result of entrenched, structural barriers created by racism, sexism, xenophobia, classism, and ableism that generally persist across the life course (Braveman & Gottlieb, 2014). The impact of such inequities may be magnified for those with complex needs who face considerable challenges in adulthood (Bethell et al., 2014), such as preterm infants, who experience threats to both short- and longterm health and development.

Gut microbiota can evolve within their hosts on human-relevant timescales, but little is known about how these changes influence (or are influenced by) the composition of their local community. Here, by combining ecological and evolutionary analyses of a large cohort of human gut metagenomes, we show that the short-term evolution of the microbiota is linked with shifts in its ecological structure. These correlations are not simply explained by expansions of the evolving species, and often involve additional fluctuations in distantly related taxa.

We present the case of a 42 year old patient with a history of childhood lymphoma treated with chemotherapy and radiation who underwent combined aortic and mitral valve replacements and who postoperatively developed an interesting ECG which showed complete heart block and an alternating left bundle branch and narrow complex QRS pattern at a heart rate of 69 beats per minute (bpm). We discuss potential mechanisms for this interesting pattern.

(1) Background: The opioid epidemic has led to an increase in cardiac surgery for infective endocarditis (IE-CS) related to injection use of opioids (OUD) and other substances and a call for a coordinated approach to initiate substance use disorder treatment, including medication for OUD (MOUD), during IE-CS hospitalizations. We sought to determine the effects of the initiation of a multi-disciplinary endocarditis evaluation team (MEET) on MOUD use, electrocardiographic QTc measurements and cardiac arrests due to ventricular fibrillation (VF) in patients with OUD. (2) Methods and Results: A historical group undergoing IE-CS at Yale-New Haven Hospital prior to MEET initiation, Group I (43 episodes of IE-CS, 38 patients) was compared to 24 patients undergoing IE-CS after MEET involvement (Group II).

The aim of this study was to describe and compare the burden of common viral respiratory and gastrointestinal infections in children admitted to Berlin University Children's Hospital (BCH) before and during the COVID-19 pandemic at different levels of public NPI measures.
