- Of 382 patients analyzed, the overall SVR rate was 30.9%, with higher success in genotypes 2 and 3, and key predictors for SVR included the absence of AIDS, lower viral load, and no treatment interruptions, with adverse effects leading to a 25.6% treatment interruption rate.
