[The managerial practice of the nurse within the FHP (Family Health Program) from the perspective of his/her educational and pedagogical action: a brief reflection].

This article deals with the educational and managerial actions of nurses in the Family Health Program (FHP). It traces the reality of the FHP within the institutional setting of the city of Natal/RN, raises some questions and analyzes the educational action of the program in the daily routine of the Health Units in the light of the literature. Its objective is to contribute to the reflection about the managerial action of the nurse in that setting, in connection with pedagogical and educational action.

[SENADEn: political expression of nursing education].

This segmental historical study had as its main objective to register the trajectory of the National Seminars for Directives of Nursing Education (SENADEns) in the ten editions that occurred in various regions of the country from 1994 to 2006. Data sources consisted of official documents of the events, publications of ABEn-Nacional, articles, and theses reports concerning education in nursing. Analyzing the seminars as a whole, we can conclude that the SENADEns represented, and continue to represent, excellent forums for debate of the three levels of nursing education--professional, graduation and post-graduation, thereby progressively legitimizing its leadership in the collective construction of educational policies and directives in the area.

[Reflections on a pedagogical praxis based on educational references and guidelines for nursing training].

This text aims at supplying elements for reflection on Nursing education, considering the introduction of national curricular guidelines and the need for the creation of political-pedagogical projects in undergraduate programs. By taking as a reference some constituent factors of the pedagogical praxis, it searches to raise critical thinking on this field, on the bases and the plan for pedagogical action, as well as the relationship between theory and practice and the roles of the individuals involved in a teaching-learning process.
