Objective: We evaluated the role of MRI as a preoperative diagnostic tool for leiomyoma and adenomyosis.
Method: This is a retrospective chart review at a university-based hospital. The study included 1517 women who underwent hysterectomy or myomectomy over a 5-year period, and 153 women with a preoperative pelvic MRI were included.
Problem: In spite of their key immunological role, alphabeta+ T cells residing in endometrium have not been extensively explored. We analyzed here expression profile of TCRBV genes in normal human endometrium compared with peripheral blood.
Methods: Samples were taken from normal reproductive women.
