Solitary fibrous tumours/haemangiopericytomas (SFT/HPC) are fibroblastic mesenchymal neoplasms that harbour a genetic fusion of NAB2/STAT6. There are few reported cases in the central nervous system (CNS), of which spinal tumours are minority.
