Aim: The aim of this study was to evaluate and compare the most common shades of maxillary central incisor, canine and first molar and to confirm the shade difference between maxillary central incisor and canine in a young population of 18-25 years.

Materials And Methods: The shade of the maxillary central incisor, canine, and first molar of 100 study participants in a young population between 18 and 25 years were measured by digital spectrophotometer (VITA Easyshade). The shade of each tooth was assessed thrice with a digital spectrophotometer at the center of the tooth.

Lichenoid Dysplasia (LD) is often regarded as lichen planus with dysplastic features, as it mimics lichen planus clinically and histologically. Although it has been confirmed that these two entities are entirely different with not so similar etiopathogenesis, yet the confusion still exists. The separation between the two is of utmost importance as each of them has their own prognosis and treatment plan.

Background And Aims: Fluorosis affects tooth mineralization. The therapeutic benefit provided by lasers on fluorosed and non fluorosed cementum requires studying and comparing. The aim of this study was to evaluate and compare the root surface changes following Er:YAG or Nd:YAG laser irradiation on periodontally healthy fluorosed versus non-fluorosed teeth by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).

A multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) film-modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was constructed for the determination of an antihistamine drug, cetirizine dihydrochloride (CTZH) using cyclic voltammetry (CV). Owing to the unique structure and extraordinary properties of MWCNT, the MWCNT film has shown an obvious electrocatalytic activity towards oxidation of CTZH, since it facilitates the electron transfer and significantly enhances the oxidation peak current of CTZH. All experimental parameters have been optimized.
