Isoform characterisation, heterologous expression and functional analysis of two lectins from Vatairea macrocarpa.

VML is a lectin from Vatairea macrocarpa seeds that has various biological activities. Here, we describe three new lectin isoforms from V. macrocarpa identified through genomic DNA analysis.
