Enhancing the catalytic performance and durability of M-N─C catalyst is crucial for the efficient operation of proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs) and Zn-Air batteries (ZABs). Herein, an approach is developed for the in situ fabrication of a MOFs-derived porous carbon material, co-loaded with Co nanoparticles (NPs) and Co-N sites and integrated onto Fe-doped carbon nanotubes (CNTs), named Co-NC/Fe-NCNTs. Incorporating polymer-wrapped CNTs improves MOFs dispersion annealing at high temperature, which amplifies the three-phase boundary (TPB) by generating much more mesopores and exposing additional active sites within the catalysts layer.

In addition, and genes are co-expressed and dysregulated in some of the same triple negative breast cancer patient samples. We propose that the co-expression of the two genes is attributed to the MYBL1 transcription factor regulation of the gene.

However, little is known about the role of GABA on programmed cell death (PCD) under Cd treatments in plants. The present study investigated the effects of GABA on Cd-induced PCD in two species, oilseed rape (, ), and black mustard (, ).

The primary endpoint was safety. Secondary endpoints were objective response rate (ORR), disease control rate (DCR), duration of response (DOR), progression-free survival (PFS), overall survival (OS), 1-year survival probability, and sitravatinib pharmacokinetics.

Nasal high-frequency oscillation (nHFO) has recently become a new non-invasive ventilation (NIV) mode for treating respiratory failure in VLBWI. This study aimed to investigate the safety and efficacy of nHFO as an alternative respiratory support to prevent intubation in VLBWI.

The NS3/4A protease has been considered a common target for anti-HCV treatments using direct-acting antiviral agents and their derivatives. Of the natural products that have been proposed for novel therapeutic product alternatives, the soft coral compounds are found to contain steroids with various bioactive properties for effective HCV treatments.

Adipose-derived stem cell exosomes (ADSC-exos) have shown promising results in promoting diabetic wound healing. However, effectively enhancing the retention of exosomes in wounds for treatment remains a key issue that needs to be addressed.

Roots are particularly sensitive to soil salinity, a major abiotic stress that poses a serious threat to global agriculture. In response to salt stress, plants suppress root meristem size, thus reducing root growth; however, the mechanisms underlying this growth restriction remain unclear.

The study aims to investigate the long-term sequelae of HFMD survivors and to provide a comprehensive understanding of the potential harm caused by this infectious disease.
Participants: In the retrospective phase of the cohort study, children diagnosed with HFMD from January 2014 to January 2023 were included, and clinical and demographic information about the patients was collected through a self-developed questionnaire.
Aims: Glucosamine, a widely used dietary supplement, has been linked to potential cardiovascular risks, including atrial fibrillation (AF). This study aimed to investigate the effects of long-term glucosamine supplementation on AF susceptibility and the underlying mechanisms.
Materials And Methods: C57BL/6 J mice were treated with low-dose (15 mg/kg/day) or high-dose (250 mg/kg/day) glucosamine via drinking water for 6 weeks.
Background And Aims: Efficacy and safety of EUS-guided placement of lumen-apposing metal stents (LAMS) has been reported yet advantage of using 15-mm LAMS over 10-mm LAMS yet to be explored.
Methods: International, retrospective, case-matched study of patients with intra-abdominal abscess who underwent EUS-guided drainage with 15-mm (case) and 10-mm (control) LAMS between 03/2019 and 09/2022.
Results: 51 patients underwent EUS-guided drainage using LAMS [15-mm 29 (57%), 10-mm 22 (43%)].
Radiation risk through seafood consumption is a big public concern under the discharge of nuclear contaminated water. Plutonium is an important radionuclide in view of radiation risk due to its high radiological and chemical toxicity, as well as consistent presence in the environment. The distribution and level of plutonium isotopes (Pu, Pu) in marine biota collected along the coast of China in 2022-2023 were investigated.

Fibroblasts have traditionally been viewed as stationary cells primarily responsible for producing extracellular matrix during tissue repair and fibrosis. However, recent discoveries regarding their plasticity-encompassing roles in inflammation, extracellular matrix remodeling, and osteogenesis-highlight their potential as key contributors to the development of HO.

Preclinical studies in the most common CRLF2-rearranged/JAK pathway-activated Ph-like ALL subtype have shown variable responses to JAK inhibitor-based therapies, suggesting incomplete oncogene addiction and highlighting a need to elucidate alternative biologic dependencies and therapeutic vulnerabilities, while the ABL-class Ph-like ALL subtype appears preferentially sensitive to SRC/ABL- or PDGFRB-targeting inhibitors. Which patients may be responsive versus resistant to tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI)-based precision medicine approaches remains a critical knowledge gap.
